Mr. Craddock has been part of this community for many years, working tirelessly to make it a better place.
He served on the Currituck County Planning Board for 6 years, served on the Currituck County Land Use Plan Steering Committee for 3 years,
and currently is serving on the Currituck County Board of Adjustment.
Mr. Craddock owns two businesses that are based here in Currituck:
He has operated a real estate appraisal company for 18 years;
He has operated an electrical contracting company for 32 years.
Mr. Craddock is a property rights advocate and is PRO-business.
He believes in controlled, targeted growth and believes that we need to diversify our county tax base in order for it to be less residential-tax "heavy".
He also believes we need to better our infrastructure to have more logical growth patterns.
He also believes that there has to be balance between development and preservation. Our natural resources are what make Currituck great!
